TERMS AND CONDITIONS NATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

  • Revision of Transaction and proof of payment.
  • Maximum delivery time of 72 hours. Home deliveries in downtown areas. Provinces, Towns and Beaches through encomiendas.
  • One of our customer service agents will contact you to coordinate the delivery.
  • Submit valid documentation or proof of payment.
  • Delivery of the package.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

SHIPMENTS

We ship orders anywhere in the world.

For international shipments, delivery times will depend on the country and the shipping method chosen by the customer. If in any case there is no stock of the requested product, the customer will be informed through the email to retain the order until the product is received or cancel it.

WAY TO PAY

The payment of the product in the online store will be made with VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL or ACH cards. The number of your card will be sent through a high security banking system to check its validity and make the payment of the item. We will only save the card details until we have managed your order. In addition, international shipping costs will be paid upon reimbursement (upon receipt of your order).

SHIPPING COSTS

For shipments outside of Panama, international shipping costs will be added to the price of the product, borne by the customer and payment will be made at the time the article arrives in the corresponding country.

WARRANTY
You have a period of 15 working days to return the products once received. We will change the item or, if you prefer, we will refund the money.

General Rules for return cases and types of return.

Returns:

We’re sorry to hear you want to return an item.

If you wish to return your purchase, please note that you have 15 days to do so, please send us an email to [email protected] Please include your order number and the reason you are going to return the item. We will send you an email with the instructions to follow.

Please note that we will make a Store Credit , which you can use in our store whenever you want and to be used in any article. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged and in perfect condition. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all the labels attached and in perfect condition.

We will notify you by email when we receive the returned package. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to process the Store Credit or money back , once the package arrives at our warehouse. We will try to do it as soon as possible. Once your return is approved and processed, we will mail you a Store Credit from the store. Shipping costs will not be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the products are not in good condition, have been used or altered in any way, or if the original labels are missing.

Note: All shipping costs to return an item must be paid by the customer.
